The Off Chute Too is the third incarnation of a team that's been a part of the Cactus Cities Softball League since the Fall Season of 2006.
The Off Chute Too started as the Phoenix Eagles. The Eagles had some room to improve, playing the entire season without a win.
Then in the Spring season of 2007 they became the Phoenix Eagles-Chute. The Eagles-Chute faired quite a bit better, finishing the season a couple games under .500 and placing 4th in the D Division.
Now, with most of the team returning for the Fall Season, the Eagles-Chute has become the Off Chute Too. Hopes are high for the Fall Season of 2007 and the team is looking forward to playing their first series of tournaments in early 2008.
The Off Chute Too has always had an open roster. Lots of players have joined the team either never having played softball before or coming back from a long break. The Off Chute Too are always willing to take on a player with a great personality and enthusiasm to share.
